(So I'm not alone there, eh?)

Your tip on the exercise class is a terrific one. Having friends to motive you and hold you accountable (and who understand when you're being mauled by a toddler) is a wonderful plus!Robin Kramerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09902099859770996417noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3356107853796107267.post-51497613509426416962014-01-06T16:19:01.947-05:002014-01-06T16:19:01.947-05:00I *love* this! I sooo relate to the idea that changing clothes and showering are obstacles to exercising. I've never heard anyone else express that--such an "ah ha" moment when I read it. Thank you for such a motivating article! One other tip is finding a mommy and me exercise class. I go to a yoga class that a mom hosts in her backyard, and we often look like your second picture. It feels good to exercise in such an accepting setting.Annienoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3356107853796107267.post-85182751441881437102014-01-01T13:41:29.537-05:002014-01-01T13:41:29.537-05:00Robin! Also, it's so LOUD! I can't realistically use it during the day or I wouldn't be able to hear if the girls were screaming at me... hmmm... wait a minute.... and I'd also need a lot longer than 30 minutes. What would you recommend as an alternative?www.pinkbears.cahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07715044173963421056noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3356107853796107267.post-1916805557359847372013-02-04T21:43:26.552-05:002013-02-04T21:43:26.552-05:00You are a better woman than me by spending time on...You are a better woman than me by spending time on the treadmill! However, I know I need to in order to be healthy and I have gained a few pounds over the last few months, so I am trying really hard to get back into a routine. I spend most of my time on the treadmill, though, thinking about all the other things I need to be doing. I need to remember that exercising is just as important as vacuuming! :-) Lisa @ The Golden Spoonshttp://www.thegoldenspoons.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.com
